Located in the heart of the town of Rissani, the Souk takes place here three times a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Locals come to trade anything necessary needs from fruits, vegetables, meat, dates, nuts, spices to even more like donkeys, sheep, goats, and craft. Here everything changes color from products, clothing to the skin of the people and even more the dialects they speak between local Filalia dialect to Berber, Nomad accent to the dialect of visitors from far…
Cooking Class
The workshop will be hosted in the Village Begaa and we are certain that you will have a great time. It will consist of a hands-on workshop learning how to make cous cous, followed by a relaxed sit down meal were you can enjoy the results of your work and each other's company. We believe that food has the power to bring people together and we hope that this experience will teach you new culinary skills whilst also allowing you to create new connections.
